Which parcel service delivers the goods to me and what do I need to bear in mind?

Vet-Concept works with DHL and DPD for shipping. When shipping to Germany, both delivery services are available. All other shipments are sent by DPD.

What are the shipping costs?

Starting with an order value of 14.90 euros, we bear the transport costs for shipments to the Netherlands. Below an order value of 14.90 euros, a minimum quantity surcharge of 5.00 euros will apply.

Can the goods be shipped abroad?

We ask for your understanding that we cannot deliver to foreign islands. The shipping costs to other European countries (mainland) can be found in the table under 'Continue reading'.

How long will delivery take?

The regular service times* after shipping are as follows:

Netherlands: 24-72 hours

*There can be no guaranteed delivery within a certain period of time, as there can be unpredictable delays in transport (e.g. due to ice, vehicle breakdowns). In other words, delivery usually takes place within the above-mentioned times.

Can delivery be made to an alternative address or on a desired date?

When ordering for the first time, we reserve the right to always use the delivery address as the billing address. For the second order and thereafter, it is usually possible to specify an alternative delivery address. Desired dates for delivery are only possible for express delivery and at an additional cost.

What happens to the delivery if I am not home at the time?

Shipping by DHL*: If the DHL driver does not find anyone home and is also unable to get hold of any neighbours, you will receive a notification card and the goods will be deposited at a post office for 7 days for collection by the customer.

Shipping by DPD*: If the DPD driver does not find anyone home and can also not get hold of any neighbours, you will receive a notification card and, depending on regional conditions, may request another delivery attempt or pick the consignment up yourself from a parcel shop.

Where is my shipment?

When the goods are shipped, a parcel number is generated, which you can us to track the shipment history online.
